Situated on the Bathinda–Mansa road, Maiser Khana Temple is a major Devi shrine dedicated to Mata Jwala Ji and Mata Chintapurni Ji. The complex includes the main temples, courtyards and facilities for large crowds. Twice a year, big melas (fairs) are held here, attracting devotees from across Punjab and neighbouring states, filling the area with shops, food stalls and religious performances.

The temple grew from a small wayside shrine associated with a devotee who is said to have performed intense penance here for the goddesses. Over time, local belief in the Devi’s blessings led to a formal temple and the tradition of biannual fairs. As Bathinda district developed, state and local bodies improved access roads and basic services, and today Maiser Khana is counted among the district’s most important Hindu pilgrimage spots.
