Jayanti Devi Temple.An important Shakti temple on a small hill near village Jayanti Majri in Mohali district, commonly included in “temples to visit from Chandigarh.” Devotees climb steps to reach the hilltop shrine of Jayanti Devi, from where there are panoramic views of fields and low hills. The temple is especially famous for its annual fair and is a popular half-day outing from Chandigarh for both darshan and countryside feel.
