A modern yet very popular temple known for its Odia-style look and a vibrant spiritual atmosphere, especially during Rath Yatra. Many visitors like it because it offers a “Puri-inspired” temple experience within the city.

Built by the Odia community (Kalinga Cultural Trust) and consecrated in 2009, with the idea initiated in the early 1990s and developed over years into the present temple complex.
