Capt. Williamson Sangma State Museum

About this place

Capt. Williamson Sangma State Museum,This museum is a strong “culture + history” stop, displaying tribal heritage, tools, textiles, ornaments, and daily-life artifacts connected to Khasi, Jaintia (Pnar) and Garo communities. It’s a good place to understand Meghalaya’s identity through objects, stories, and ethnographic collections rather than only scenic travel.
