Inorbit Malad was the first Inorbit mall, opened in 2004, and at the time was one of the biggest malls in the region. Its success led to more Inorbit malls across India. It is considered one of Mumbai’s earliest large-format modern malls and helped popularise mall culture in the western suburbs.
