Nexus Elante Mall in the Industrial Area Phase 1 is one of North India’s largest malls, spread over ~20 acres with 300+ stores, multiplex, big food court, cafés and entertainment zones. Its open atriums, anchor stores and regular events make it the main retail and leisure destination for the entire Chandigarh–Mohali–Panchkula region.

Developed by L&T Realty, Elante opened to the public in April 2013 and quickly became the biggest mall in Chandigarh and among the largest in northern India by leasable area. It is part of a mixed-use project including offices and a hotel. Recently, parts of the complex have been in the news over planning and encroachment issues, with authorities enforcing demolition of unauthorised structures – but overall, Elante remains the region’s flagship mall with very high footfalls and strong brand presence.
